Climate
Arches National Park is best visited in spring and fall when temperatures are moderate. The heat in summer is frequently oppressive, making outdoor activities a challenge. Arches is not much visited in winter, though it is beautiful with a dusting of snow. Typical of a desert environment, temperatures drop quickly at night even in the warmest months.
