Blowhard drops steeply for a mile or so through heavy timberland to the edge of Red Canyon with great views of it and adjacent Cedar Breaks amphitheater. The trail continues along the edge of the canyon before an intersection with Potato Hollow Trail (#1). To reach the trailhead, travel about 2 miles north on Hwy. 148 from Hwy 14, turn left and head west 1 mile to the marked trailhead on the right side of the road.
