Description

Castle Valley is the home of the desert tower climb, or we should say climbs. There are many of them and they do indeed include Castleton Tower's Kor-Ingalls Route, one of the fifty North American Classic Climbs. Of course, Castleton Tower is so famous (possibly the most famous desert tower in the world), so beloved, that you may have to wait in line at the base. It's worth it. Generally expect difficulties of 5.9 and up in Castle Valley.
