Dry Fork Canyon

Fremont Indian petroglyphs are easily accessible from this trail, which follows paved roads as well. You get great scenery with no fear of being lost. Visit the historical marker for Dry Fork Village while you're out.

Take 500 West north from Vernal. Turn left/west onto 500 North and follow the signs right to Red Cloud Loop and Remember the Maine Park. Go 3.3 miles into Remember the Maine Park to the trailhead.
