Currant Creek
Currant Creek Reservoir borders the outskirts of Wasatch County. This 290 surface-acre reservoir is stocked with rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout. Four miles of shoreline, a barrier-free fishing pier, and a boat ramp provide access for all types of fishing.

Currant Creek Reservoir Lake Size:  Small   
Currant Creek Reservoir borders the outskirts of Wasatch County. This 290 surface-acre reservoir is stocked with rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout. Four miles of shoreline, a barrier-free fishing pier, and a boat ramp provide access for all types of fishing.

Daniels Creek
Daniels Creek is a favorite family fishing stream located just east of Heber Valley in Daniels Canyon. The stream is stocked with rainbow, brown, and cutthroat trout with fishing success consistently high.

Deer Creek Reservoir Lake Size:  4.2 sq. miles   
Deer Creek Reservoir lies in the southwest corner of beautiful Heber Valley and consistently provides some of Utah's finest fishing. Warm water and predictable canyon winds make Deer Creek extremely popular for boating, wind surfing, sunbathing, swimming and sailboating.

Jordanelle Reservoir Lake Size:  6 sq. miles   
Jordanelle Reservoir is a large reservoir set in a valley east of the Wasatch Mountains. It is very popular for watersports and offers good fishing. Jordanelle State Park along the shore provides camping and picnicking opportunities.

Mill Hollow Reservoir Lake Size:  17 Surface Acres   
Mill Hollow is a small reservoir in a beautiful setting in the mountains east of Heber City. It is ideal for canoeing. Its 17 surface-acres are restricted to non-motorized watercraft and there is no developed boatramp.

Provo River
The Provo River meanders through the middle of Heber Valley and is well known for its blue-ribbon fishing. The Provo originates high in the Uinta mountains; it is collected at Jordanelle and Deer Creek reservoirs before arriving at its destination, Utah Lake.

Rockport Reservoir Lake Size:  1.2 sq. miles   
Rockport Reservoir is a popular destination for fishing, water skiing, swimming and sailing. Water skiing is good early morning and dusk and afternoons present good sailing breezes. Five campgrounds offer both developed and primitive camping in a variety of settings.

Strawberry Reservoir Lake Size:  30 sq. miles   
Strawberry Reservoir is a huge body of water that offers great opportunities for boating and fishing. There are a few recreation complexes around the lake offering camping, picnicking, and marina services.

Strawberry Valley Streams
The lower Strawberry River, below Soldier Creek Dam, is a well-known fly-fishing destination. The river usually opens mid-July to artificial flies and lures and is stocked with brown, rainbow, cutthroat, and brook trout.
