High Country Rafting - Tubing

Float down the river on our heavy-duty tubes, covered with a protective nylon and handles. Must be 14 years or older or 5'5". Inflatable kayaks or Rafts are recommended for kids under 14 with an adult or if you're over 275 lbs. Wetsuits and booties are available to rent and are strongly recommended in May and June. Tubing is strenuous and requires good swimming skills and physical fitness. You will encounter bridges, rapids, low-hanging branches, rocks, cold water and other obstacles. Group discounts available. New for 2009, comfy two person tubes, and tubes with built-in coolers to store your bottled water and drinks. Shuttle runs four times a day on weekdays and every half hour on weekends and holidays.

 Directions

If you're coming from Provo or 1-15 northbound: follow University Ave in Provo about 9 miles (from East Bay) to the entrance of the canyon, or Highway 189, and then proceed 6 miles until you reach a private R.V. park on the right-hand side. This is High Country.
