Located among scattered pinyon pine and juniper, this a convenient camping area at the beginning of the Hole-in-the-Rock road. To get there, be aware that there are two turnoffs from Hwy 12 onto the Hole-in-the-Rock road. From the westernmost turn-off, drive .2 miles and take the dirt road that forks to the right. Then take the immediate left fork. There are several sites to accommodate large vehicles.
