Huntington State Park

Huntington State Park Huntington Reservoir (240 acres) offers good boating, fishing and swimming opportuities in a pretty setting. The park is well maintained with a nice beach and grassy lawns. The mountains of the Wasatch Plateau provide a nice backdrop.

 Some More Things to Know

Day Visits: A $5 day-use permit covers use of watercraft launches. $75 annual passes are available at the Huntington State Park Office.

In the Salt Lake area, you must dial 322-3770 for camping reservations (not 800-322-3770).

Pets are allowed in Utah state parks, but must be on a maximum six-foot leash. Service animals are the only animals admitted in park buildings. For safety and courtesy, please keep pets under control and clean up after them.
