Ogden River Scenic Byway
 Ogden River Scenic Byway (Hwy 39) runs up the narrow and winding Ogden Canyon along the Ogden River. It passes Pineview Reservoir and traverses lush Ogden Valley before it climbs easily into the modest, but pretty Monte Cristo range. The first 8 miles from Ogden to Pineview Reservoir has the most impressive canyon scenery. Further on the route is pleasant and less crowded.
