Take Hwy 191 north from Vernal until you reach the Utah/Wyoming state line. Turn south on Browns Park road and take it for 22 miles, following the signs for John Jarvie Historical Ranch. You'll reach Taylor Flat Bridge. Go south at this point and turn onto the first dirt road on your right. Take this road to the trailhead.
