Description
Parley's Canyon is good climbing in a compact place. While you won't be climbing up dozens of routes, what is here is good quality (if sometimes scary quality). The routes tend toward the short and tend toward the tougher range, 5.9 to 5.11, with many of the difficulties crowding toward that 5.11. Also to be aware of: the traffic is pretty fierce, since the interstate does run through here, and some sport-climber bolts are in poor condition. Climb careful. Even sports climbers should bring trad gear.Location
