Description
Over 7,000 acres covering three mountains adds up to the most skiable terrain in the US. With this much space, you won't share any of the 124 runs with a crowd.
Only Mother Nature makes snow at Powder Mountain.
With 500 inches each year, why bother with artificial snow? We are renowned for untracked powder, but a large variety of runs are groomed nightly so that every level of boarder and skier joins in the fun.
Powder Mountain's 2,800 acres of terrain serviced by lifts is supplemented by 1,200 acres of shuttle served terrain and 700 acres of snowcat access. The remainder is powder country and is great for intermediate and advanced riders wanting first tracks.
Powder Mountain is only 55 miles from Salt Lake yet is much less crowded than other resorts.
