Located on beautiful scenic highway 89 between Bryce Canyon and Zion Natinal Park, the Riverside is well-suited to be used as a hub of adventure for your National Parks and Southern Utah adventure!
Our 10-Acre campground, located off the highway way from noise and traffic, is "Good Sam" and "AAA" approved. We offer 15 RV sites on the river with power and water, and another 48 pull-thrus with full hookups. Choose tent sites along the river, or larger group sites more inland. We offer newly remodeled bath and shower houses, group fire pits, and 2 pavilions. For the kids, we have a play area, basketball court, volleyball court, and game room.
Our Family-owned and operated 25 acre facility on the Sevier River (one of only 5 rivers in N. America to flow backwards!) is perfect for those who want to avoid the noisy crowds of a mega-style resort and enjoy a peaceful, relaxing vacation. Nestled between the east and west sections of the Dixie National Forest, with the colorful red and orange Bryce Canyon Mountains as your backdrop, you can stroll along the river as you watch in silence as the sun rises over the mountains.
Used as a "Hub," the Riverside's location is perfect for parking once and taking day trips to the destinations of your choice. For example, after visiting Bryce Canyon, why not take a trip to the waterfall, lava tubes, or the ice cave? In the evening, gather around a crackling fire with your friends and family, and watch as the moon casts its glow on the water. With our clear skies, even the Milky Way Galaxy can be seen by the naked eye!
The Riverside is big enough to provide you with all the services and amenities you want, and yet small enough to keep that personal touch. Here at the Riverside, we strive to make each guest feel like family (the one's you like anyway). Perhaps that's why we have so many repeat guests!
