 Ruby's Inn has two great restaurants, the Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room and the Canyon Diner. These restaurants are the Finest in Western Dining with a full service restaurant located in the main lodge.
The Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room offers fine western dining featuring steak, seafood, and buffet. They're open year round and no reservations are required.
The Canyon Diner features Great Western Food and Pizza. The diner is open from April to October. At the diner you can sit down and eat or get fast food to go.
