Solitude Ski Resort Cross Country Skiing

Solitude Ski Resort Cross Country Skiing

Solitude is a midsize resort set near the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon east of Salt Lake City. It features a nice variety of terrain and the pleasant "Village at Solitude" with dining, shopping and ski-in/ski-out hotel and condo accommodations. Snow is consistently good and the scenery near the summit is outstanding.

Solitude Ski Resort is well known for having a wide variety of back country options, wonderful family ski vacation packages, and good terrain from beginner to expert. The consistently short lift lines makes Solitude a favorite with locals and visitors alike

Solitude Mountain Resort and Brighton Ski Resort offer one lift ticket to ski both areas. Brighton and Solitude are connected by a trail called SolBright, which is groomed when mountain conditions permit and allows visitors to ski between the two.
