Nestled among the pines on the plaza level of the Snowbird Center is the Forklift Restaurant. The Forklift Restaurant is a Snowbird family dining favorite for a quick breakfast or a hearty lunch. Breakfast items include omelettes, pancakes and hot cereals and lunch includes burgers, salads and hearty soups.
