 The Lodge Bistro is located on the Pool Level of the Lodge at Snowbird. The restaurant features great mountain views and offers an intimate dining experience. The Lodge Bistro features Mountain Bistro cuisine. We encourage you to begin with Coconut Beer Battered Shrimp, Maine Mussels or the Chicken and Black Bean Quesadilla. Entrée selections include Grilled Lamb Sirloin, Steamed Trout Filet or Grilled Vegetable and Goat Cheese Strudel. If you are looking for something on the lighter side we recommend the Lodge Bistro Burger or the Blackened Breast of Chicken Sandwich. The Bistro has a small patio for alfresco dining in the summer. What a great way to enjoy an intimate dinner with the alpenglow.
