Weeping Rock Trail

Weeping Rock Trail This paved trail climbs through lush vegetation to a series of springs that flow from a cliff wall. Wildflowers adorn the walls in spring and summer.


 The Basics

Location: Off the main scenic drive in the Zion Canyon area of Zion National Park
Weeping Rock Trail
Difficulty: Easy
Length: .5 mi. roundtrip
Elevation: 100 feet
Time to Allow: 1/2 hour
Season: March to November


 Directions to Trailhead

During the main season, you'll need to take the shuttle. Off season: From the visitor's center at the south entrance to Zion National Park, proceed north along the main scenic drive for several miles. A sign and small parking area are on the left. The trail begins across the footbridge over the Virgin River.
