Description
Willard is a small community tightly nestled between the Wasatch mountains and the Great Salt Lake, 9 miles south of Brigham City. It contains many wonderful stone homes built from 1862-1883 by a Welsh stonemason, Shadrach Jones. All of the houses -- 17 in all -- are located near Center Street along Main Street, 100 West and 200 West. None are open for tours, but taking pictures is fine. (Understandably, but unfortunately for tourists, modern additions have been made to several of the houses.)Customizable Directions
