Good product, bad zipper

This is my second Summit top. I really like the very breathable "Swift" material in the back (which is where I tend to perspire most), and the "3SP" material in front is warm and relatively windproof. They've improved the product since my last purchase (about 4-5 years ago) - the pockets are a nice addition as is the reflective piping. This material dries incredibly fast. HOWEVER, I am very disappointed that the zipper is failing - it was tough to zip up/down and now won't zip up past about half way, and I've only worn it a couple of times. I assume this is a one-time flaw rather than an indication of poor quality (after all, my old Summit top's zipper is still fine), and that SportHill and Backcountry.com will stand by this product and replace it. Please let me know how to proceed with that. Thanks. 4 stars - If it weren't for the zipper issue, I'd give it 5 stars.
