I was introduced to these in a 50 mile footrace in Arkansas... have loved them ever since. The flavors are very tasteful, and the gels are a tad watered down (which is great) so you don't necessarily need water to take them with.

I liked the hammer head better... its like eatting jelly from a pouch. it doesn't get stuck in your teeth. not bad tasting. I'm sticking to hammerhead....
