The subtly flavored tablets dissolve in your water and provide you with electrolytes for when your hiking, climbing, running, biking, or just hanging out. tastes much better than sugary Gatorade-type drinks. very refreshing and better than the Camelback electrolyte tablets. Haven't used it on a difficult workout yet to see if it gives back the energy lost, but i'm looking forward to it!

I've tried some other Electrolyte drinks which just tasted horrible.Some were so bad, I couldn't even finish them.Nuun's added to plain water actually makes you want to drink it!!Get them!
