...these pads are a joke. I bought the adult version and returned them. Who wears board shorts under your snow pants? The pads slide around under your pants and the shorts bind up when you put your pants on. I get what they were trying to do, make pads look cool, but these don't work. You want pads that fit snug on your body so they stay in place and it is easy to get on outer clothing. (plus when you do wear them under your snow pants, it looks like you got a load in your pants. so how cool is that?) These may be good for skate boarding or on any activity where you actually wear shorts and hit hard ground. But for snowboarding...skip 'em.

These impact shorts lick! They're terrible. They're too loose and the tailbone pad is all over the place. They're also very bulky and make you look ridiculous in the mountain. I know some people won't believe this but landing on your tailbone is actually more painful when wearing these shorts than when you don't wear them. The reason it seems is because of the pad thickness, when you land on your ass - the pads take all the impact (which would usually be distributed to both your butt and your tailbone) and transfer it all straight to your tailbone.I'll be looking to replace these as soon as I have some money.
