By replacing the insulation with a sleeve for a Big Agnes 20-inch-wide mummy-shaped pad (not included), Big Agnes brought the Zirkel's weight down to about two pounds and created a system that keeps you on your pad while you sleep. Inside the water-resistant shell is warm, light 800-fill down. Good on the width of the bag. Zipper gets stuck easier than I hoped. Zipper zips all the way to your face near your eye but your protected by a down baffle. This is a awkward place when your trying to get out. I would like to see a bag like this offered with 850-down fill. It would be even lighter.
