Therm-a-Rest Dream Time Sleeping Pad description Therm-a-Rest claims the three-inch thick DreamTime sleeping pad is the most luxurious camping mattress ever made, and we happily agree. When you never carry your mattress more than the distance from your car to the tent, there's no reason to worry about weightand every reason to make your base camp or car camping trip as comfortable as possible. A cushy foam pillow-top adds decadent comfort, while a removable stretch-fleece lining on top makes the DreamTime plush to the touch. Add in the most-durable nonslip bottom ever, and you've got a super warm, super comfortable sleeping pad that'll last the years. Pair it up with a Camp & Comfort Stuff Sack for protection and portability. | Bottom Line: Ultimate sleeping luxury for your base camp or car camping. |
So Comfortable!
GauthChild:
This pad rocks! It is so big and comfortable. The 3 layers work well. When the ground is cold this pad keeps you well insulated. I just wish that I could take this thing backpacking!
Very Comfortable...and...a bit pricey!
Franco Well:
I usually bring a 4 inch foam pad and a futon with me on car camping trips. Since this was too much to include in my luggage on Southwest airlines, I ordered a Thermarest Dream Time pad, which I was able to squeeze into a duffle bag along with my tent.I used the Dream Time pad every night for a week on this trip. It was every bit as comfortable as the foam pad / futon combination that I usually sleep on.My only complaint is that a stuff sack was not included in the still expensive sales price of $169. It seems rather greedy to charge an additional fee for a stuff sack!Other than the price issue, the service from BackCountry.com was superb.
