Yeah I concur, the flavour isn't over the top but is pleasant and it not loaded with sugar that makes you feel like you have fur on your teeth by the end of the ride. very happy. its as good as Gu's energy gels.
GU20 - good energy, not great taste

This drink is good for keeping the electrolytes replenished and also some liquid energy. But I find the taste to be marginal at best, although I've only tried the orange flavor. It is not sweet enough for my palate, so I had to add sugar, which made it taste pretty good. The gels taste much better.

Does a great job keeping your salts up without loading you down with sugar. Has a nice tart taste so when you are running you don't have to deal with that overly sweet taste that makes most of us want to hurl. Also great if you are hungover.
