Pretty good stuff

This was pretty good. I liked the Alfredo Pasta better. I added some salmon to it for extra protein and flavor. I'd probably try it again.

Mary Janes makes amazing food. While hiking the highline trail, we tried a variety of items, and since we were covering A LOT of miles, never seemed to be satiated. However, this pasta was fabulous and makes a big difference in keeping us happy and full! Its super easy to make and really good.

I had heard good things about this manufacturer, but this was no better than mac and cheese out of the box and way too small a portion even for one person! I mean 1.5 servings?

The Mary Jane Organic Sweet Red Bell Pepper Pasta meal is now part of my menu set for all overnight and longer hikes. It packs light and is tasty and super easy to prepare. For variety, I sometimes add a package of vacuum packed chicken and a touch of olive oil.
