i'm a lifeguard, and because i need to be out in the sun all day, this is a solid amount of water that stays cold to keep me cool and hydrated. it's also really useful when hiking, going on picnics, or going to the beach with friends. i drink a lot of water, and this fits in any bag i bring with me!
it's soo cold

This un-bottle hydration pack is great. The first day I used it I filled it with ice then added water. I went climbing, and my bag was sitting out in the sun. When I ran out of water and went to refill it there was still ice in it! Holy crap what good insulation is on this camelbak.
great, and a good value

this thing works perfectly. And it doesn't say it on this site, but you can take the bladder out of the insulated sleeve. it's just a regular Omega Hydrotanium bladder, which makes this a GREAT value considering you get the sleeve and the Ergo Hydrolock mouthpiece for only 5 dollars more than the bladder by itself.
This bag is great

I have only used this bag for one long backpacking/climbing trip so far, but it has outperformed any other bag I have ever owned. Even with close to 50 lbs in it my shoulders never started bother me (due to all of the strap adjustments). It holds gear very well and the several access pockets make stuff easy to get to. I would suggest buying a rain cover because when I was hiking and it started raining most of my stuff in the bag got a little wet, which can become a big problem on a multi-day trip. All in all I would completely recommend this bag to anyone...
Unbottle Hydration Pack

These types of hydration packs are great for keeping you hydrated on the trail. Much better than stopping, taking of your pack, getting out a bottle, putting the bottle back, putting the pack back on etc.I have previously used a no-name variant which leaked from the mouth piece and from the bladder lid so upgraded to this well known brand. You really do get what you pay for. I didn't have any major leeks, only a few drips occasionally from the mouthpiece. The insulated cover was great in keeping the cold river water cold during long periods even in the hot sun. It would be nice to have the tube insulated though as the first mouthful can get quite warm. The only issue i had was the little plastic link that connects the lid to the bladder broke although has no effect on the operation of the camelbak.
