The Crossroad uses a unique flexible clamping strap to fit to almost any side rail. Really easy to install. Definitely hear the wind noise once they are installed. Recommend buying a faring for your car. Definitely helps with wind noise.

Nice solid construction that is easy to install. The additional locks needed to secure it to the vehicle are an extra cost but needed. Too bad Thule just does not include the locks it as the majority of people have to buy them. We did notice wind noise after we installed them but it is reasonable. Overall a quality product!
