After all the publicity about PBA I saw this one mentioned in a magazine as PBA free. I ordered it and love it. I use it at work and keep refilling it in the office. Love the top.
nalgene=good.

i like this bottle, but, as the description says, it is not leak-proof. it's not supposed to be. so it's great for everyday stuff or biking, but not for packing or hiking unless it's in an outside pocket. it's a good size. i like it.
Love it!

24 oz is just the right size and I love the lid. It is easy to flip open and the hole is perfectly sized for drinking (consistent with bottled water). Contrary to the feedback titled "Lots of problems with the lid," I have not had any issues. In fact, the lid works consistently with the product description which details that it is not "leak proof." I use it when I take my son hiking. It fits perfectly in his Iron Man stroller cup holder and also fits nicely in my car. As an added bonus, the water tastes like water, not plasticky. I ordered 4 more to add to the 2 I already have!
Lots of Problems With the Lid

It is great to have bpa free bottles. I bought three. And have had nothing but trouble with them leaking, spilling, etc.if you use these in a carefully controlled environment... so they never tip more than about 30 degrees or so AND if you make sure nothing comes in contact with the lid (like a backpack strap tapping it) you are probably ok. For example I used the bottle in a spinning (cycling) class today. Worked perfect.I lost a liter of water when I put my backpack in my car before a hike. My wife lost half a liter of water due to the lid popping off and sloshing in one of her outside pockets for a water bottle.I cant depend on these. I am going to buy another brand.
Perfect end to buying bottled water!

I looked at lot of water bottles before deciding on this one. I wanted a water bottle to take with me in every day living (in the car, to the gym, to work, etc.), so that I could stop buying bottled water. I love the bottle. It seems the perfect size as it holds plenty of water, while still fitting in my somewhat undersized cup holder in the car. Also, I haven't had any troubles with it spilling. In fact, I find that most of the time (when there's little chance for spillage) I just flip the cap over the top of the opening, without snapping it shut -- for ease of use. The bottle opening is large enough for ice, and the spout is the perfect size from which to drink. (I didn't want a bottle with an internal straw or one that you had to squeeze.) My only gripe has been that I can't find these in local stores. I only found them in one color in one store, and I want to buy ones of other colors for my kids (to tell ours apart from one another). So, it's internet shopping time for me!
