After researching outdoor packs without being able to physically "size them up" in a storefront, I ordered from this site. The order arrived not only in good condition, but earlier than expected. A nice surprise! Unfortunately, upon physically handling the pack for the first time I realized it was larger than I estimated and I decided to return it. This site's policy of "customer satisfaction 100% guaranteed" made the decision to return it easy, but, in all honesty, I anticipated incurring the hassles that customers typically experience. Great for Carrying More Gear

My favorite road ride takes me up 2,500 feet in elevation in 10 miles. On the way back down, it's almost entirely downhill and cold, so I carry a shell and a Sporthill XC shirt on the way up in this pack along with my water. I like how the new Camelbaks have the water bladder area accessed with a long zipper from the back. It is easy to get the bladder in and out. It is expandable enough to take along my Windstopper soft shell in the fall when it really gets cold. I also have the Camelbak Mule for rides when I just want to carry the bladder, a bit of food, and a shell. I also trailrun with the Mule. I like how it is not as wide and conforms to your back better than a traditional pack.
great for longer trips

The 3L bladder is great for longer trips, or when you are biking in the desert and need more water. There is a bunch of storage space too, so you can keep all of your gear, food and extra clothing in it.
