CamelBak's Hydration Pack Cleaning Kit makes it easy for you to clean out that mossy stuff growing in your water reservoir. Scrub all the way down the inside with the reservoir brush, and get your water tube cleared out with the skinny tube brush. Pop one of the two cleaning tablets in to attack any leftover nastiness, then use the reservoir hanger to keep the bladder open as it dries.

I bought this to clean the inside of the tube because I had some gatorade and it got sticky. The big brush worked fine. The "worm" brush is a pain to get through the tube if the inside is sticky like in my situation. The cleaning tablet worked alright but failed to clean up the Gatorade.Bottom line: Don't put sweetened beverages in the CamelBak.

I haven't used the cleaning tablets yet, but the new plastic pieces to help dry the reservoir are designed much better than what I had before (some sort of foldable plastic tree that fit inside; also made by CamelBak). The tube brush does the job, although it can be a little challenging to push the brush all the way to the end. I still can't get the tube to dry on the inside, especially when keeping it attached to the reservoir, as pictured in the instructions for this cleaning kit.
