As with all Safe Tech harnesses, normally non-load bearing parts are beefed to provide every safety margin possible. The Waldo has five large gear loops to hold your massive wall rack and an extra belay loop to solve gear-clustering in this high use area. First, let's be clear - this is a beast of a harness...and worth every penny if you're going to spend significant time hanging in it. Besides climbing, I earn my living working around ropes courses. I recently spent 2 1/2 hours hanging in my Waldo while rebuilding a high ropes element & it was very comfortable!Mind you, this is a large harness meant for big wall climbing. You'll look like a total dork if you wear it at the local gym, but your friends will look at you with envy on your next multi-pitch climb, belaying a couple hundred feet above the deck with a smile on your face.Rating?
