The Metolius Safe Tech Women's Deluxe Harness is one of the best fitting, safest harnesses in the world. The Women's Deluxe is a beefed up version of the All-Around and is designed to lend maximum support to the lower back while simultaneously providing unparalleled freedom of movement. Hard on the outside, soft on the inside with a tough 1050d Ballistics outer layer and a polyethylene foam with brushed inner lining, it is ideal for Big Wall and long Trad, or Sport routes where comfort is paramount. Metolius' sophisticated adjustment system lets you fine tune the fit by adjusting the riser length; that is the distance between the waist belt and the leg loops. Women generally have much longer riser lengths than Men, so this is particularly important for sizing Women's harnesses. This harness also boasts the world's toughest and longest wearing tie-in points. Love it. Used a men's harness before. It was fine, and I was actually skeptical about the value of anything manufacturers claimed was made just for women...but this harness is a gem. I'm actually comfortable in it. And while I'm a fairly slender female, I'm not Naomi Campbell - so I don't have skinny skinny legs. And this harness is kind to the legs I have! Thanks!

Having owned only men's harnesses in the past I had no idea what comfort I was missing out on until I purchased the Safe Tech Deluxe Women's Harness. We took our annual trip to J-Tree, and being too busy to climb before we left, I wasn't able to try the harness out until we arrived. I was comfortable all day long, with no adjustment time to the harness, whatsoever. This thing is great! No fidgeting, fussing, pulling or readjusting needed. Thanks for a great product!

I love this harness! I have been climbing two years and have been using a basic harness. My husband purchased this harness for me as a surprise; what a great surprise!! It is very comfortable, especially the wide padding at the lower back. It makes a huge difference when belaying someone heavier than I am. After researching just about every harness available I asked my friend and climbing instructor (who happens to be a world class climber) what he would recommend and he said you couldn't go wrong with Metolius. Besides helping me climb better this was the best advice he gave me. You can be sure I will pass it on. Thanks for making a fabulous harness for women.
