Fits even my 3-yr old Daughter. Very little danger of slipping out even at her 37" height. As a safety harness it is great. Wouldn't want to hang from it for an hour though -- no padding.

alright, so this harness sucks for leadin...and i wouldnt lead anything over 5.12c, heads up kids(p.s. not for adults over 39.5 lbs..really chafes the chub rub if ya know what i mean)
