For a precise fit, this ultralight co-molded EPS foam helmet comes in three sizes and has a one-hand adjustment knob for micro-changes when you need to add a stocking hat. Tracer does the job

The tracer is a fantastic helmet for all variety's of climbing. I have used it trad climbing, ice, and alpine. Nothing bad to say about. The perfect helmet. The sizing is standard and a medium size will fit nicely on an average sized head.
