This product has completely simplified my climbing process, by allowing me to leave my pack at home and just take the essentials. I am a sport climber, and this bag handles all my gear no problem. The shoulder straps, as apposed to the sling straps on most rope bags, makes me the envy of my friends. If you are like me and haven't been climbing long and you are wondering if it is worth it to get a rope bag, I am telling you that it is.I haven't used it long so I cannot testify to the duribality yet, but so far so good
