These gaitors are light weight, comfortable and even include a nice venting feature that secures in place when open so not to flap around and worry you. They are also made very well and will take the punishment. Very happy with them and with your site, esp.

Make sure to get a size bigger than you think. I got the XL and it is really snug on my Makalu. Yeah you would have to be really careful with wearing crampons with these.
