These may even be more comfortable than the sandals! I was excited to find out that Chaco was going to start making shoes again, and even more excited when I picked up a pair of these. They fit great right out of the box, even for my large, wide, and high-volume feet. They breathe well, grip well, and look good. These are my new everyday summer shoe. I wish they had slightly more padding/shock absorption, but they are great light hikers and everyday shoes. Would buy again and again!

I agree- these shoes fit like the sandals. They're lightweight and extremely comfortable. I wear a 10 Chaco Z/2 and a 10 in Redrock as well. Dry fast and even keep my feet dry in wet grass despite the quick dry material. Go for it!

I ordered these shoes for my son to wear on a 10 day mission trip to Africa. they required no break in time and he said they were great for all kinds of diffent terrain. He loved them!
