I've worn this shirt on many long distance bike rides and it really does the trick. It's super light and breathes really well. It's a tighter fit than I'm used to, but it wicked better than any other piece I've used so far.

This shirt is very comfortable. The material is Very stretchy and they sleeves are cut so they do not bind. Whether I'm running or doing Yoga, I am quite pleased with it.Fit is pretty true to size, but seem to be a bit shorter cut in length.
