The DriClime Jacket weighs only 14oz and compresses well when it's time to stash it in your pack; though it's not likely to be in there very often.

5 stars - "Love it" is what my sister-in-law thought of this jacket. She's not an outdoors person certainly not a backpacker but she always compliments me on my outdoor clothing since that's all I wear now.If you look at the specs and description you'll find this jacket an excellent gift for people you love that aren't outdoor types.

This is the best jacket I have ever owned. It's warmer than you expect, softer than I could have dreamed, fits fantastically, and is amazingly wind resistant. It almost makes me sad that it's summer right now because I can't find any excuse to wear it! This jacket is almost perfect for hiking, backpacking, cycling, hanging out, walking the dog, and just about any outdoor activity you enjoy.The only word of caution, I bought the Radiate color and in the pictures above it appears as golden- it's actually a great orange. I was surprised that it didn't match the picture but the orangey color is awesome!

I bought this jacket for my wife for all sorts of activities: walking, hiking, trail riding, tee-ball games... and she absolutely loves it. It's in the car for any emergency and kept her warm/dry through this past Spring in New England.
