GoLite Hydrocruise Lumbar Pack - Women's description The GoLite Women's Hydrocruise Lumbar Pack keeps your cargo secure and your precious fluids cold, without bumping around on your butt. GoLite's exclusive NO BOUNCE System utilizes multi-density foam, stabilizing guylines, and SureSleeve bottle sleeves to put the kibosh on stride-killing bounce during your trail run. Mesh hip pockets provide space for keys, money or energy gel packets, while the two rear cargo compartments stow larger items like a light windbreaker, pair of gloves, or pet hedgehog. *Two 21oz Specialized bottles included. | Bottom Line: The Hydrocruise Pack lets you run with your gear and water, not against them. |
Recommended for sure !

great lumbar pack - not too small and not too big, 2 small zipper pockets at the front to fit in chap stick and smaller items - easy access, 2 larger zipper pockets at the back to fit in mobile, keys, small rolled up rain jacket or a handful of snacks. Comes with the drink bottles - good sturdy size. With drink bottles and pack filled - the pack is light and easy to carry. I am of medium height and medium build and fits comfortably, but my partner of bigger build (6ft 6in) cannot fit pack around his waste.I use it for day walks in the hills of Adelaide - Australia. Well worth the postage costs.
Not as comfortable as I had hoped

To get this pack not to bounce when running, I have wear it pretty darn tight. Not quite enough room in the pockets for everything I like to carry. I do like the stability of the pockets for the water bottles. The water bottles in my old pack used to fall out when I ran. Not quite as comfortable on those long hikes as I hoped. But I'm pretty picky when it comes to comfort. I don't think the perfect pack exists yet!
