As a glove on its own, it's warm enough to ski with as long as you don't get it wet. The grippy palms are great. If you do want to use it as a liner, though, your outer gloves have to be significantly bigger.

I throw these on when I'm running through the woods, driving in my freezing car, and around town when its windy outside. They are super thin and block wind pretty well. They fit inside my other gloves when I've gone on hikes and need a little more protection from the outside. And the little goat grips make these gloves a hassle free endeavors for and situation because everything sticks.
