Didn't work out
Volcomskater:
I got these as a present, upon inspection they felt good, nice flex but still supportive. As I felt, very good for the reasonable price. Didn't get a chance to test them because it turns out the person's boot size I got them for was too big! I wish they had a large size. Otherwise I'd recommend them for anyone under a size 9 boot
Size
Danielle - snowboarder:
I haven't been able to try them yet because they were too small but if you are a 7 do not get the small- they will not fit your boots. I had to send them back to get a medium.Sorry 'Anonymous'- but did you even try the smalls? As far as what I could see, they look great and the straps seem pretty well cushioned. The newer plate system seems good for more accuracy when adjusting your stance.
try it with the k2 moment snowboard
Anonymous:
am a beginner snowboarder, bought with the K2 moment snowboard. don't have much experience to know how they ride, but they keep my feet on the board. they seem to be pretty solid, not cheap & flimsy.tried mediums with a size 7 boot at the advise of the gear people. bindings had WAY too much extra strap when cinched down.would recommend a small even with a size 7 boot.
fun freestyle bindings
gear-review.blogspot.com:
These were pretty fun bindings. I wear a 6.5 boot and used the medium. Normally I use a small in k2 bindings, but medium is what worked for me. I demoed these last spring and they are pretty fun. they have a nice rubber base that goes over the screws. I really like this because if you get a loose screw at all or anything then you know it can really only come out so far because you have something over the top of them holding them down. it helps with the dampening and stomping stuff. easier on the ankles and just gives a little extra something. I did not run into problems of snow getting stuck on it. there are no metal spots for the snow to freeze on. Overall good freestyle binding. Not the best for real aggressive riding or a really stuff board. But if you rock park and the rest of the mt. this is a great binding to fit both.
basic and good
gear-review.blogspot.com:
this is a basic, responsive and soft binding. good for a beginner or a park rat. They are soft and responsive, lightweight and comfortable. Not as much cushioning as other bindings...but they have a great price point and do the job. I wear a 6.5 boot and I would ride the smalls
