The shell's Power Wrap System hugs your mid-foot from sole to instep. ThirtyTwo's new 3D molded tongue works with the shell's articulating cuff and tongue tensioner to let you easily tighten up the laces on these babies and get a secure, comfortable fit. An STI Evolution Foam midsole and gel cushioning in the heel help absorb shock from hard landings and board chatter. An inner ankle harness holds your heel in place for improved response. The liners feel comfy once you mold them, little to no heel lift, I rode in these boots 6 days and they are starting to feel good, much stiffer then I expected
