Public Campgrounds
San Rafael Bridge Campground is a primitive (and not very attractive) BLM campground along the San Rafael River. It is located about 45 miles northwest of Green River. 8 sites; no drinking water; vault toilets; elev. 5,100'; year round; first-come, first-serve; $5.
The Wedge Overlook has great views out over the canyon carved by the San Rafael River. Along the rim are several designated camping sites. There are no facilities, however.
