The Salomon Center is a high adventure and downtown sports complex which includes iFLY Utah, Flowrider Utah, an indoor surf wave called the Flowrider, and a huge climbing wall. It also has 32 bowling lanes, billiards, a 55,000 square foot Gold’s Gym, arcades, bumper cars, Pizza Factory Restaurant, and a Costa Vida Restaurant.

iFLY Utah is not a simulator or a ride it is a total flight experience that completely immerses flyers in the world of body flight. You will learn to control how you fly by adjusting your body positions. iFLY Utah offers wall to wall smooth air column creating a safe and fun environment for your flight. This means you can begin to master your flight skills in a very short period of time.

The Flowrider is an attraction operated by high volume pumps generating a continuous sheet of flowing water (approximately two-and one-half inches thick be up to thirty-four feet wide) over a specially designed soft riding surface. This stationary "sheet wave” can be ridden just like a similarly shaped wave that moves in the ocean. Gravity allows the rider to ‘drop in’ from the crest of the wave and slide down to the wave trough. The rider can ride up the wave surface by setting an edge and letting the water pressure push him/her back up the inclined wave surface. Flowrider is for almost anyone 42" and up and in good physical conditions. It is a strenuous ride. Riders must be able to swim in turbulent moving water. Riders must be in good physical condition and free from any physical limitations to participate.
