Description

Escalante has long been the last outpost on the edge of southern Utah's canyon country, the last fringe of civilization before the vast, untamed, unspoiled wilds of geology engulf you. Stay in our authentic hand-hewn Western log cabins. We strive to provide the best place to stay in Escalante, with clean rooms, great ambiance, and a fun environment!

It's easy to see why this area has such an impact on folks. Sheer canyons hundreds of feet deep yet only feet wide etched into bedrock, painted in a breathtaking array of colors and textures. Others much more eloquent than us have tried to catch this beauty in poetry and art, but even they offer but a pale reflection.

We offer 7 furnished cabins with either a bunkbed or a full-size bed. Charcoal grills, picnic tables and large grassy areas are inviting for an evening cookout. There is also a large fire pit for evening fires with 'smores and campfire stories. Group rates are available.

What others are saying:

"Best Place to Stay in Escalante..." (a review at TripAdvisor.com)

"Clean and comfortable, the cabins are designed to provide shelter and a good nights stay, plus they are fun.sleeping in a room surrounded with natural wood decor." (Max Bertola's southern Utah)
