Description

Lake Quinault is owned by the Quinault Indian Nation and is adjacent to the Quinault Rain Forest, a temperate rain forest. The glacier fed river that flows west out of the lake offers what some say is the best steelhead fishing in the world. A guide is a must in this area, and as the waters fall within the Quinault Indian Reservation, a separate fishing license is required, and well worth it.
