Abajo Loop 22 miles oneway 2 hours
The Abajo Loop crosses the mountains, climbing to an elevation of 9,000 feet, and terminates on the north side of the Abajo Mountains at Utah Hwy. 211 on the way to Canyonlands National Park.


Elk Ridge Road Scenic Backway 48 miles oneway 3 - 4 hours
The Elk Ridge Road Scenic Backway (County Rd. #285, Forest Rd. #079) climbs onto Elk Ridge near Natural Bridges NM. It also climbs to over 8,700 feet in elevation as it passes through the geologic formations known as the 'Bears Ears'.

The Bicentennial Scenic Byway, or Utah Highway 95, is a 133-mile high-desert drive across some of Utah's most rugged canyon country. The drive is well paved and open year round, and traffic is generally light in this sparsely populated area.
